お豆腐をヘルシープリン風に!
娘も、私も、旦那さんも大好きな甘いものです〜。ぜひ作ってみてください!

このレシピの量は、8ヶ月の赤ちゃんのためです。大人の方には、お水は30ミリに減らして、メープルシロップは10-15ミリ(中〜大さじ1杯くらい)はオススメです。

材料
絹ごし豆腐、100グラム
🅰 メープルシロップ、小さじ1/2
🅰 チアシード、小さじ1
🅰 水かお湯、50ミリリトル
🅰 バニラオイル、お好みで

手順
🅰はボウルに混ぜて30分以上置いておきます。
🅰を、温かいか冷たい絹ごし豆腐に掛けて召し上がります〜 

娘の朝ごはん:いちご、くり、みかん、豆腐プリン。

Good morning.
